Have sex and get sleep, says bank

A major investment bank yesterday told clients to have sex, meditate, get more sleep and stop believing money can bring happiness.

The unusual advice from German-owned Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein was sent out in a strategy memo normally dealing with topics such as valuation and US markets or how to make more money.

The report instead explores what it means to be happy with "don't equate money with happiness" as the top tip.

Sex was also recommended as "among the highest generators of happiness. So what are you waiting for?"

Hard-nosed dealmakers used to working long hours for material gains were said to be pleased with the advice.
