Bank of Scotland in bonds’ deal

ROYAL Bank of Scotland has become the latest financial institution to be recognised as a primary dealer in Irish Government bonds.

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA), which handles the bonds on behalf of the Government, said adding the bank to the list of dealers would “further enhance the depth and liquidity of the Irish government bond market” and make it easier to sell the bonds to investors.
