LRC publishes annual report

THE Labour Relations Commission’s Rights Commissioner Service fielded 1,500 claims under the Payment of Wages Act last year.

The LRC’s annual report said claims from migrant workers had surged and that 94% of their claims concerning wages, holidays and premium payments for working on Sundays were successful.
