NCB sells moneybroking arm

Stockbroking firm NCB has sold its moneybroking business to a team made up of the division’s management and employees.

The deal is scheduled to close before the end of the year but is subject to clearance from the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The new business will trade under the name of IFS Brokers.
