Kennedy acquires Paddy Power stake

Food group Greencore’s chief financial officer Patrick Kennedy, who recently became a non-executive director of Paddy Power, has spent almost €30,000 on shares in the publicly-quoted bookmaker.

Mr Kennedy bought the shares last week at an average price of €9.07. He held no Paddy Power shares before last week’s transaction.
