SHARES in Dublin mirrored declines across Europe yesterday.

Main financial share prices weaker

The ISEQ closed 35.59 points lower at 5610.33, as profit-taking weighed on the index.

The main financial stocks were all weaker. Bank of Ireland shed 35c to €10.85, while AIB lost 10c to €13.50. More than 1.5 million shares were traded in Anglo Irish Bank, which slipped 30c to €14.75, while Irish Life & Permanent weakened to €13.00.
