Irish Life earns Honesty Mark

Life and pensions company Irish Life has become the first financial services institution in Ireland or the Britain to be awarded the Honesty Mark for easy-to-understand brochures explaining its core products.

The Plain English Organisation, which campaigns for less jargon and small print, said everything that customers needed to know was presented in Irish Life’s brochures in an upfront manner.

Irish Life has set up a special email address ([e-mail]) and is inviting customers to email them with any comments or suggestions regarding the introduction of the Honesty Mark.
