Strong growth, rising prices in services sector

STRONG growth and a rise in prices in the Irish services sector is expected.

This is according to the latest NCB Purchasing Managers’ Services Index, which said the November services growth figure in Ireland was the best for four months.

Also last month, the services industries, that make up about a third of the euro-region economy expanded at the fastest pace in 16 months, as earning growth at banks and airlines gave a lift to European growth.
