Ryanair passenger numbers up 10%

Low-cost airline Ryanair said its passenger numbers during November were 10% higher than the same month last year.

The airline carried almost 2.2 million passengers during the month, bringing the total number of passengers for the 12-month period to almost 26.4 million.

The airline sold 83% of available seats, with sales over the internet accounting for 96% of all seat sales.
