Baltimore rejects appointment bid

The board of troubled computer security firm Baltimore has rejected resolutions proposed by major shareholder Acquisitor for the appointment of five new directors at the company’s extraordinary general meeting tomorrow.

But Baltimore will proceed with the EGM to put to a vote other resolutions by Acquisitor calling for the removal of Baltimore’s current board=.
