Crude oil futures rise again

Crude oil futures rose after sabotage to pipelines halted Iraqi exports from two Persian Gulf terminals for a third day. Attacks on Monday and Tuesday stopped oil flows to Iraq’s terminals for the second time in less than six weeks.

The outlets can process about 1.6 million barrels a day, or 90% of Iraq’s exports. Attacks by insurgents in Saudi Arabia, including the kidnapping of a US engineer, have boosted concern about supplies from the world’s biggest oil exporter.
