ISEQ shares rise 3% on back of strong economy

THE ISEQ Index of Irish shares rose 3% this week, boosted by a number of factors.

Last year, the ISEQ rose 24%, outperforming Europe and the US by substantial amounts.

Double-digit growth of up to 12% is on the cards again in the current year.
