Vodafone appoints new finance chief

VODAFONE IRELAND has appointed Mark Evans as its chief financial officer.

Mr Evans joined Vodafone Ireland from the firm’s British division, where he was recently chief financial controller. He joined the company in 2001 as head of financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining Vodafone, he spent seven years with NTL.
