Equity-based SSIAs performing best

EQUITY-BASED SSIAs are outperforming both variable and fixed-rate deposit SSIAs, according to Bank of Ireland’s bi-monthly SSIA performance indicator.

Equity account holders who began saving towards the end of the scheme in April 2002 are continuing to benefit more than a deposit account holder from the current equity outperformance, according to the indicator.
