Putting Ireland on the path to a lower carbon economy is the central theme of the Energy Show 2004 which takes place this Wednesday and Thursday.

Over 100 exhibitors are due to attend the major two-day exhibition, which is organised by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI), and is now firmly established as a major national showcase for energy in Ireland.

The show will highlight how Irish business and industry can effectively reduce overall energy demand through energy efficiency measures, and meet a greater proportion of that demand from renewable, non-fossil fuel based resources.
