Rousseff re-elected in Brazil

Left-leaning President Dilma Rousseff has been re-elected in the tightest race Brazil has seen since its return to democracy 30 years ago.

The result gives her juggernaut Workers’ Party its fourth-straight presidential victory and the chance to extend its social transformation of the world’s fifth-largest country.
