Tuesday's TV Highlights: Normal People double-bill as the story continues
Here are our top TV picks for today.
Champions League Classic Matches
RTÉ2, 8pm
This week should have had the start of the quarter-finals in this year's competition, but soccer fans will have to make do with highlights from previous years.
We'll see the second leg of the round of 16 clash of Chelsea v Barcelona from 2005, where a Damien Duff goal helped the Londoners overcome a deficit against a Catalan side featuring the likes of Ronaldinho, Eto'o, and Xavi.
Life and Birth
BBC One, 8pm
Among the expectant mothers we see in this episode are yoga teacher Roo, who has opted for a water birth at the hospital.
However, plans go awry when it's discovered that the baby is in a ‘back to back’ position.
Other women to feature include one who is about to have her second child, despite polycystic ovaries; and Fay, who has overcome cervical cancer.
Rob & Romesh vs… Ballet
Sky One, 9pm
Romesh Ranganathan reunites with his mate Rob Beckett for another series of fun antics, beginning with ballet.
They hang out with Carlos Acosta in Birmingham and even take roles in a real production of Swan Lake.
Normal People
RTÉ One, 10.15pm
Another double bill of episodes of the much-talked-about series.
As we see, young love doesn't always run smoothly, and peer-group pressure causes problems for Connell in particular.
The story also moves forward to his arrival at college in Dublin.
