Man, 40s, arrested following seizure of suspected Xanax tablets

A man in his 40s has been arrested following the discovery of approximately €7,500 worth of suspected Xanax tablets in Limerick.

At around 8pm on Saturday evening, gardaí arrested the man during the seizure at a house in the Carew Park area.

The man has since been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the DPP.
