A road traffic accident outside of a Cork cheese factory was down to an error of judgement by one of the drivers involved, the district court has heard.
Court presenter Sergeant Eimear O’Connell told Bandon District Court that Cameron Forbes, aged 22 of Baurnahulla, Drimoleague, Co Cork, was the driver of a Skoda Fabia car heading east from Ballineen towards Bandon on the R586 road on November 16, 2024.
