Many of us don’t prioritise our sleep health, tossing and turning on an unsuitable bed or mattress for our needs, putting up with constantly being tired, or thinking that a health issue or mobility problem precludes us from getting a good night’s sleep. However, sometimes, just a little help can go a long way to ensure comfort and promote independence at night.
