Russian strike in Ukraine kills 12 people and injures dozens more, officials say

Those killed in the strike in the city in the Dnipropetrovsk region included three children

A Russian missile strike on the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih has killed at least 12 people and injured more than 50, Ukrainian officials said.

The strike came as US and European leaders pressed Russia to accept a ceasefire in the conflict.
