Watch: Moment skyscraper under construction collapses in Bangkok after earthquake

Footage widely shared on Thai social media shows the moment a tower block under construction collapsed in a Bangkok district after the city was rocked by a strong earthquake. 

Thailand’s National Institute of Emergency Medicine said that at least three people were killed. 

Dozens of workers were rescued from under the rubble, they added.
