Unredacted JFK assassination files released as history buffs hunt for clues

Unredacted documents related to the 1963 assassination of former US president John F Kennedy were released on Tuesday following an order by US president Donald Trump shortly after he took office.

More than 1,100 files consisting of in excess of 31,000 pages were posted on the US National Archives and Records Administration’s website in the evening.
