Weight-loss injections slash alcohol cravings and can curb heavy drinking, new research suggests.

The first clinical trial of its kind found the weekly jab semaglutide, also known as brand names Ozempic and Wegovy, cuts the amount people drink in one day by about 40% and dramatically reduced the desire for alcohol.
