Giant pandas arrive in US from China as part of new co-operation deal

The US National Zoo is preparing to welcome two new giant pandas from China.

Eleven months after the zoo sent its three popular pandas — Mei Xiang, Tian Tian and their cub Xiao Qi Ji — back to China, a new duo of bears arrived in the United States on Tuesday.
