China accuses the Philippines of purposely crashing ship into vessel

China’s coast guard has accused the Philippines of deliberately colliding a ship into a Chinese vessel early on Monday near Sabina Shoal.

The dispute marks the latest flashpoint in the increasingly alarming territorial disputes between the countries in the South China Sea.
