Katy Perry will receive the Video Vanguard Award at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards next month, where she will also perform.

Previous recipients include Shakira, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and Missy Elliott.
