Watch: Historic deal sees US prisoners in Russia returned home

After months of negotiations, three US citizens; reporters Evan Gershkovich, Alsu Kurmashev and ex-marine Paul Whelan were welcomed back to the United States by their families, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

A further 24 prisoners from different Western countries were brought home after the historic Russian prisoner trade deal.
