Kamala Harris kicks off campaign for US president with rally in Wisconsin

Kamala Harris launched her campaign for president on Tuesday, framing the race with Republican nominee Donald Trump as a choice between freedom and chaos.

From an event hall in suburban Milwaukee, Ms Harris told a cheering crowd: “This campaign is not just about us versus Donald Trump. This is about who we fight for.”
