Two killed as motorcycle bomb explodes in Pakistani city

Two people were killed and another seriously injured when a motorcycle bomb exploded in the north-western Pakistani city of Peshawar on Sunday (AP)

A motorcycle bomb exploded in the north-western Pakistani city of Peshawar on Sunday morning, killing two people and severely injuring another, police said.

The vehicle was packed with 9-11lb (4-5kg) of explosives when it detonated in the Board Bazaar area of Peshawar, said Kashif Abbasi, senior superintendent of police operations in Peshawar.
