Teenager ‘suspected of killing fellow student with a weapon at German school’

Police in Germany say a student with a weapon is suspected of having killed another student at a school in the country’s south-west, German news agency dpa has reported.

The suspect, a teenager, was detained as part of a large-scale police operation earlier in the day in the town of Offenburg.
