Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has described Russian forces’ actions at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant as “nuclear blackmail” that may embolden malign actors worldwide.
He renewed his call for fresh sanctions against Moscow and its nuclear industry in response to the situation.
