Sentence for man who killed lover during sex not unduly lenient, court rules
Sophie Moss (Durham Police/PA)
The UK Court of Appeal has declined to increase the sentence of a man jailed for four years and eight months after choking his lover to death during consensual sex.
Sam Pybus, 32, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Sophie Moss after he applied pressure to her neck at her home in Darlington in the early hours of February 7.
