Sajid Javid replaces Matt Hancock as UK Health Secretary

Former chancellor and home secretary Sajid Javid will replace Matt Hancock as UK Health Secretary, Downing Street has announced.

The appointment came the day after video footage emerged of Mr Hancock kissing an aide in his ministerial office in a breach of coronavirus restrictions.
