Tokyo Olympics should go ahead without any fans, says Japan’s top doctor

The safest way to hold the Tokyo Olympics is without any fans, the top medical adviser to the Japanese government has said.
Dr Shigeru Omi’s recommendation seems to put him at odds with organisers and the International Olympic Committee with the Olympics opening in just five weeks on July 23.
