ExxonMobil selling some North Sea drilling and exploration sites

ExxonMobil is selling most of its drilling and exploration assets off the coast of the UK in the North Sea for more than one billion US dollars (£709 million).

Exxon has heightened its focus on other oil-rich regions, including the Permian Basin in the south-west United States.
