Nobel Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai has asked the UK Government not to cut the overseas aid budget in Wednesday’s Spending Review.

British Chancellor Rishi Sunak is expected to announce that he is suspending the UK’s commitment to spend 0.7% of national income on overseas aid, with a cut to 0.5% thought likely.
