Pandemic has thrown spotlight on Welsh-UK relations, Mark Drakeford says

Boris Johnson’s refusal to agree to restrict travel for people living in UK coronavirus hotspots showed the Conservative Party’s “tin ear” to Wales, the Welsh First Minister has said.
