It could cost low and middle-income countries more than €44bn over four weeks to provide a healthcare response to Covid-19, experts estimate.
New modelling research, published in The Lancet Global Health journal, suggests the equivalent of around €7.30 per person may be spent, assuming each country's reproductive number remains unchanged.
