UK retailers and politicians demand action to protect garment workers amid Boohoo outcry

More than 90 retailers, politicians and other organisations in the UK have come together to urge Britain's Home Office to take action against the exploitation of garment factory workers there.
In a letter sent to British Home Secretary Priti Patel on Saturday, the coalition called on the British Government to create a licensing scheme to ensure textile factories are fit to trade.
