Unions attack British Prime Minister over ‘mixed messages’ about return to work

Transport union leader warns of chaos on the railways from Monday.

Union leaders have attacked the British Prime Minister’s speech about easing the lcokdown, accusing him of sending mixed messages which could have “lethal” consequences.

Unions have been urging the British Government for weeks to make sure workplaces are safe, with plenty of personal protective equipment (PPE), before the lockdown is eased.
