Johnson and Johnson ordered to pay €4bn to women who developed ovarian cancer

An American drugs giant has been ordered to pay out almost €4bn to several women who developed ovarian cancer.

A case was brought against Johnson and Johnson, which is accused of selling talc powder containing asbestos - something the firm denies.

A jury in Missouri ruled in favour of 22 women who brought the case.
