Appeal for information on mother of baby found dead in Manchester field

Police are appealing for information on the mother of a dead baby found in a field in Greater Manchester and are concerned for her welfare.

Officers discovered the body near George Street in Heywood after they were called at about 7.10am on Wednesday.
