Businessman starts right to be forgotten challenge against Google

A businessman has become the second in England to begin a High Court fight to stop Google linking his name to internet media reports about a past crime.

The man was convicted of "conspiracy to intercept business communications in a business context" 11 years ago, a High Court judge has been told.
