World-renowned harpist Danielle Perrett (aged 59) has been jailed for four years and nine months by a British court after she was found guilty of six counts of indecently assaulting a teenage schoolboy in the 1980s.

A "world-famous" harpist who has performed for the British Queen and several Prime Ministers was told by a judge in the UK today that her reputation lay "in tatters" as he jailed her for sexually abusing a schoolboy in the 1980s.

Danielle Perrett (aged 59), was sentenced alongside her ex-fiance Richard Barton-Wood, 68, for separately indecently assaulting the boy while he was in his early teens.
