'Humanitarian pause' in airstrikes begins in Syria's eastern Ghouta

What is being described as a "humanitarian pause" in airstrikes in a rebel-held area of Syria has just started.

It is hoped the five-hour break in shelling will allow civilians to leave eastern Ghouta.
