Ukraine police rearrest cybercrime group 'ringleader'

Ukrainian police have rearrested the ringleader of a cybercrime group accused of inflicting hundreds of millions of pounds in losses worldwide.

The move comes 15 months after Evgeny Kapkanov's embarrassing escape put the spotlight on corruption in the Eastern European country.
