Man who drugged his twin brother and took his clothes to escape prison is recaptured

A fugitive prisoner in Peru has been recaptured 13 months after he walked out of jail and left his twin brother in his place.

Alexander Delgado was serving 16 years for child sexual abuse and robbery when his twin brother, Giancarlo, visited him last January.
