Paedophile fitted secret cameras in toilets for 'sexual gratification'

A prolific paedophile who encouraged the rape of a two-year-old boy fitted secret cameras in a public toilet for "sexual gratification", a UK court heard.

Dr Matthew Falder has already admitted 137 offences against 46 victims, male and female, blackmailing one into licking toilet seats, a used tampon, and eating dog food.
