British Airways starts row with UK's Home Office over 'dreadful' immigration queues

A furious row has broken out between British Airways and the British Home Office over "dreadful" immigration queues at airports.

The airline launched a scathing attack on the border control operation, complaining that some passengers are being forced to wait in lines for more than an hour upon arrival at Heathrow, the UK's busiest airport.
